Refund/ Return Policy
At ClosetRebelle, we want you to love every piece you receive. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help make the return or exchange process as smooth as possible.
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
To initiate a return, please contact us at closetrebelle@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval. Exchanges are subject to stock availability; if the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as ClosetRebelle cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Our goal is to ensure that every interaction with us leaves you feeling confident and cared for, from browsing to wearing your new favorite outfit.
